How Does it Work?

Firstly, you will need a HomesoftheCaribbean account. If you have not registered you can do so for free here. After you have created your account, you will need to login to the Referral API and obtain a code that you will be giving your client [real estate owner]. When this person visits our site to register their property, they will be quoting the code you issued to them, and this code will be attached to the transaction, helping our system to calculate your earnings. Please note the onus is on you to ensure that the person quotes the correct code you issued, since only so you will be paid.

How to Get Properties and Earn Money?

There are many ways in which you can get properties to be listed on our website. All real estate companies have their own secrets on obtaining new ads, and this is as such, proprietary information. If you are successfully in obtaining an account, we may consider giving you tips on how to get properties to be listed.

How Much am I Paid?

There is a flat rate of 15% for each successful transaction.

What Payment Methods are Employed?

While signing up, you will be given the options of different payment methods, as outlined below.

Payment Methods

• Bank Deposit
  Provide us with your bank a/c number and we will make a deposit 7 business days after the transactions has been fully authorised, or within a period specified by you. That amount of time is needed to trace all possible fraud that might have been atached to the payment.
• Cheque Delivery
  Provide us with a valid mailing address and we will mail you a cheque 7 business days after the transaction has been fully authorised, or within a period specified by you.
• PayPal
  PayPal is a popular payment method via the Internet, you can obtain an account at www.paypal.com.

Payment Periods

• Immediate
  As soon as the transaction as been authorised, we start preparing your for delivery in 7 [business] days time.
• Monthly
  With this option, you are paid at the end of each month, a total of all your earnings. If a transaction is authorised before the last 7 business days to pay day, only then will the earning from that transaction be including in that monthly payment.
